Senior Presentation Designer – Freelance

A senior-level freelance presentation designer is required to develop a complete set of investor-facing materials for an AI-driven healthcare project. The scope of work includes producing two versions of a pitch deck and supporting exhibition collateral. The concise version will be a high-impact, 3-minute deck of up to 8 slides, while the full investor-facing deck will extend up to 25 slides and cover all critical business and technical details. Additionally, poster material is needed for a small booth exhibition. Content componentsincluding mission, problem, solution, value proposition, benefits, market sizing, business model, financials, and morewill be provided, but they require restructuring, refinement, and creative visualization. The objective is to maximize clarity, investor appeal, and engagement through professional design, compelling visuals, and impactful storytelling. Work is fully remote and should be completed within 57 days.

Responsibilities

• Restructure and refine provided content to create a clear, compelling narrative for investors and stakeholders
• Design two pitch deck versions:
• Short version (up to 8 slides) optimized for 3-minute pitches
• Full version (up to 25 slides) with detailed information for investor review
• Create poster material suitable for a small booth exhibition, aligned with the overall pitch deck design
• Incorporate infographics, data visualizations, and icons to illustrate market, financial, and product details clearly
• Ensure consistency in branding, typography, and color schemes across all materials
• Optimize presentation layouts for impact, readability, and professional polish

Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience designing professional, investor-facing pitch decks that have been used for fundraising or venture capital pitches
• Strong design portfolio showcasing presentation, visual storytelling, and infographic expertise
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides; experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Figma is an advantage
• Ability to distill complex information into visually clear, concise, and compelling slides
• Strong understanding of how to communicate with investor audiences through visual design
• Excellent attention to detail, typography, and layout
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within a 57 day timeline
