About Us

We are a fast-growing, IMDA-accredited enterprise software startup at the forefront of sustainable innovation for mission-critical infrastructure. Backed by top-tier investors and born from deep research roots, we are scaling rapidly across Southeast Asia and beyond. Our core product is a next-generation, AI-driven cognitive digital twin platform that helps data center operators solve their most pressing challenges: optimizing energy efficiency, improving operational resilience, and managing complexity. We are a team of passionate innovators dedicated to making a tangible impact on the sustainability and intelligence of the digital world.

The Role: Your Mission

We are looking for a visionary Senior Pre-Sales & Technical Solution Manager to be the technical spearhead for our groundbreaking platform. This is a pivotal individual contributor role where you will be the key architect connecting our technology to client value. You will drive the entire technical sales cyclefrom initial deep-dive discovery to crafting winning, tailored solutionsfor our AI and Digital Twin offerings. You will act as the crucial bridge between complex customer pain points in data center operations and our cutting-edge software solutions, directly influencing adoption and success.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead Strategic Technical Engagements: Spearhead discussions with C-level executives, facility managers, and engineering teams, focusing on cooling architecture optimization and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Architect Tailored End-to-End Solutions: Analyze customer objectives and infrastructure to design compelling solutions that integrate AI, Digital Twin, and automation technologies into their existing ecosystem.
  • Conduct In-Depth Discovery: Perform technical site assessments, lead workshops, and gather critical requirements to build a foundation for solution design.
  • Articulate Compelling Value: Create and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-value proposals that clearly quantify benefits in terms of efficiency, risk reduction, and cost savings.
  • Develop Winning Proposals: Generate detailed technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans, translating technical capabilities into clear business outcomes.
  • Serve as the Domain Expert: Be the internal and external go-to authority on data center cooling, BMS/EPMS, and market trends (e.g., liquid cooling, high-density AI workloads), informing both client strategies and our product roadmap.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility, smooth handover, and continuous product improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Team

Core Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or engineering role within data centers, critical facility HVAC, industrial cooling, or energy management systems.
  • Deep, hands-on technical expertise in data center cooling systems (e.g., CRAC/CRAH, Chiller plants, cooling towers, airflow management) and BMS/EPMS architecture, including controls logic and protocol standards (Modbus, BACnet).
  • Proven ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and operational data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and persuade both technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong customer empathy and consultative approach, adept at navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • A self-driven, structured mindset comfortable with autonomy in a fast-paced startup setting.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

  • Experience with liquid cooling systems (CDU, immersion, cold-plate).
  • Familiarity with CFD simulation, AI-based optimization, or Digital Twin concepts.
  • Knowledge of sustainability metrics (PUE/WUE), energy audits, or RFP processes.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ASHRAE, CDCP/CDCE, LEED).

What We Offer

  • Meaningful Impact: Be a key player in deploying cutting-edge technology that directly reduces global data center energy consumption and carbon footprint.
  • Strategic Ownership: Enjoy a role that blends deep technical execution with high-level strategic advisory, offering significant influence over client solutions and technology direction.
  • Growth & Autonomy: Thrive in a high-growth startup environment with the backing of leading VCs, where you are empowered to define your approach and accelerate your career.
  • Deep Technical Frontier: Work at the exciting intersection of data center physical infrastructure, AI, and predictive analytics, leveraging world-class R&D.
  • Competitive Rewards: Receive a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and equity opportunities.
