The incumbent is responsible for account management in providing post-sales customer support services or field servicing to company's local and overseas customers. Customers support services or field service servicing include installation, relocation, on-site remedial, field change orders (FCO), etc.
Job responsibilities
- Provide after-sales service support for Advantest's advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc.
- Achieve high customer satisfaction level through strong after-sales customer management and support.
- Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers.
- Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
- Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met.
- Provide technical inputs to factory for product improvements/new designs.
- Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements.
- Assist/Lead equipment integration to customer's factory automation systems.
Job requirements & preferred skills
- Minimum Degree in Mechatronics /Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in servicing automated production equipment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Possess Data driven problem solving skill and a quality mindset.
- Understand OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and drive improvements
- Knowledge in smart factory and production solutioning
- Some experience in project management preferred.
- Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities, good communication skill, self-motivated, customer focus and result oriented.
- Occasional travel required, sometimes on short notice.
