What this job involves:
Being the leader in property management, you are the account lead for the assigned property management team.
- Direct and oversee on-site team & drive profitable P&L
- Plan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance/advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levels
- Oversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management matters
- Attend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMs
- Support client pitches and transition work
- Execute initiatives & programmes as directed
- You will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services
Sounds like you To apply you need to be:
- A Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High in integrity
- Strong client focus and able to maintain a high level of service delivery
- Experience in MCST environment and well-verse in statute (BMSMA)
