Job Description: We are seeking a highly specialised Senior PMO Specialist to support regulatory-driven banking transformation programs in Singapore. This role requires strong hands-on experience in PMO governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination within complex financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide PMO governance support for banking regulatory programs in Singapore
- Manage RAID tracking, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Oversee financial governance including budgeting, forecasting, and utilisation tracking
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders, regulators, and vendors
- Support procurement activities including RFPs, vendor onboarding, and contract management
- Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of PMO experience in Banking / Financial Services
- Proven track record supporting Singapore regulatory or payment system programs
- Prior experience with global consulting firms (e.g., IBM, NTT, or equivalent) or top-tier banks
- Strong expertise in PMO governance, RAID management, and financial tracking
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, and contract administration
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments
- Certifications required: Certified Scrum Master and ITIL Foundation
- Mandatory: Prior experience within the Singapore financial services ecosystem
- Strong executive reporting and stakeholder management skills
Preferred (Highly Advantageous):
- Experience supporting regulatory-driven programs involving payment systems or central banking initiatives
- Exposure to Salesforce and Tableau implementation programs
- Background in data management or digital transformation initiatives
