Position Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional with a strong background in corporate and core banking. The ideal candidate will have served as a Subject Matter Expert in Trade, CASA, and Lending domains, and is eager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the core banking transformation initiative especially Trade, CASA and Lending Domain. This includes driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders. The PMO will help establish the foundation for successful execution of the full transformation program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support planning and execution of project activities across multiple workstreams
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees
- Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, and decisions
- Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams
- Assist in resource planning and budget forecasting
- Maintain alignment with regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements
- Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
- Support change management and communication efforts
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
- Trade, CASA and Lending Domain experience
- 5+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles
- Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects
- Familiarity with large-scale transformations
- Strong understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
- Business level of Korean or Japanese proficiency would be a great advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing role, with a proven track record of managing client relationships.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
- Experience with vendor coordination and SOW management
- Self-disciplined
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant roles
