Business Operations for Core Banking- PMO
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations for Core Banking to join our dynamic team. This role will play a critical role in supporting the core banking transformation initiative. This includes facilitating PM and PMOs activities like project management tool administration, project artifact and process streamlining. The Business Operations for Core Banking candidate will help establish the foundation for successful execution of the full transformation program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support PM and PMO to fulfil project execution and delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers
- Facilitate project documentation
- Perform the administrative tasks related to project management tool
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in project management or PMO roles
- Experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects
- Familiarity with large-scale transformations
- Solid understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in banking industry transformation program
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in relevant roles
