This senior role is responsible for portfolio governance, financial oversight, and delivery coordination across multiple large enterprise programs managing approximately 500 engaged IT resources and a portfolio budget ranging between SGD 30-50 million.
Responsibilities
Portfolio Governance & Program Delivery:
- Lead PMO governance across multiple enterprise client engagements covering delivery milestones, SOW execution, renewals, and risk management.
- Oversee onboarding, allocation, rotation, and offboarding processes for 500 resources.
- Establish and manage portfolio-level governance frameworks, dashboards, and executive reporting structures.
Financial & Portfolio Management:
- Manage financial tracking and governance for a SGD 30-50 million delivery portfolio.
- Drive monthly forecasting, profitability analysis, billing validation, and variance reporting.
Resource & Operational Management:
- Monitor resource utilization, bench management, and workforce capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management:
- Prepare executive-level portfolio dashboards covering financials, delivery health, utilization, and compliance metrics.
- Support leadership governance meetings, steering committees, and client executive reviews.
Skills/Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in PMO leadership, Program Management, or enterprise delivery governance.
- Proven experience managing large resource portfolios (400-500+) and multi-million-dollar program budgets.
Preferred:
- Experience in BFSI or large enterprise transformation programs.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
