An large MNC is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join their PM / PMO team . As a key member of , you will play a crucial role in managing small projects and supporting and improving project management practices.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day PMO functioon
- Managing small projects leading to execution
- Establish procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment with strategic goals and adherence to standards.
- Assist project managers in developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Coordination with various team to support project portfolio, including prioritization, resource allocation, and tracking.
- Conduct project assessments and evaluations to optimize resource utilization and maximize project outcomes.
- Identify and analyze project risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Monitor project management practices and propose enhancements based on industry best practices.
- Collaborate with resource managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization across multiple projects.
- Maintain project documentation and manage project management tools and software platforms.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of the PMO budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (project management, business administration, etc.).
Min 5years of experience with Proven experience in project management or PMO roles.
MIn 5 years of experience working in banking or finance industry preferably on the business side
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
