Summary
You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You will be supporting the Data Analytics and AI team in PMO governance and project operations, including project setup, KPI reporting, user guidance, and financial coordination, while also organizing roadshows, trainings, and events to drive engagement and process adoption.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily portfolio and project office related governance
- Create and validate Project in SAP to support project execution, monitoring and billing
- Provide user support and guidance on Project Charter, resource assignment and timesheet related queries
- Conduct Roadshows and training on PPO templates and processes
- Generate Project performance KPIs and management analysis reports
- Enable yearly project & maintenance services upload
- Custodian of annual workplan and project charter
- To plan and develop user-friendly materials with Ops and Vendors. To support EDM and Publicity to entities
- To liaise and support coordination regarding procurement activities and documentation
- To work with Finance to develop chargeback report format for chargeback, and to support Product Pricing activities
- To maintain funding info with Project Teams and liaise with onboarders with budgeting matters
Requirements
- Degree/ Degree or Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO-related initiatives
- Familiarity with the IT industry is preferred
- Experience in organizing and managing events will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong skills in advanced reporting and dashboard creation using Power BI preferred
