We are seeking Senior Platform Engineers with deep AWS expertise to join our foundational platform engineering team in Singapore. In this role, you will work directly alongside our Platform Lead, Technical PMO, Data Engineering squads, and elite global technology experts.
Your mission is critical and immediate: you will co-engineer, provision, and deploy a foundational, enterprise-grade Agentic AI Platform. You will be responsible for setting up the core platform mechanics, establishing the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) within a highly secure client environment, and conducting comprehensive smoke-testing to validate absolute system readiness before scaling to live, production-level enterprise use cases.
Core Responsibilities
- Foundational Infrastructure Provisioning: Design, provision, and deploy highly resilient, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS to anchor the new enterprise Agentic AI platform.
- Platform Initialization: Establish core platform baselines, including identity and access management (IAM), compute orchestration layers, network architecture, and security guardrails.
- PDLC Environment Setup: Partner with the Technical PMO and Platform Lead to integrate, standardize, and configure the full Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) framework directly inside a rigid client environment.
- Capabilities Smoke-Testing: Architect and execute rigorous smoke-testing strategies to continuously validate the platform's core processing capabilities, data pipelines, and orchestration stability prior to launching real-world business use cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in tight-knit, high-velocity engineering loops alongside internal Data Engineers (DE), technical project managers, and top-tier global strategic advisory experts to ensure technical output aligns with high-level business strategy.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
- AWS Master Mastery: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting, provisioning, and managing complex AWS cloud infrastructure environments (Core services, EKS/ECS, IAM, Lambda, VPC networking).
- Platform Engineering & Automation: Demonstrated experience building cloud-native platform architectures from scratch using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- PDLC & CI/CD Pipeline Engineering: Deep technical understanding of setting up modern developer experience (DevEx) tooling, GitOps workflows, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Systems Validation: Proven track record of designing structural smoke tests, unit testing frameworks, and regression testing for underlying runtime platform systems.
- AI/Data Engineering Familiarity (Preferred): Basic structural understanding or exposure to machine learning operations (MLOps), data streaming pipelines (Kafka, Kinesis), or initial deployment setups for Large Language Models (LLMs) and automated software agents.
