Assist PM on detailed planning of monthly work actives, weekly schedule
Update master program
Assist PM to draft all the progress meeting, coordination meeting minutes, method statement
Have experiences and able to perform delay analysis to demonstrate the number of EOT required and/ or resulted by the any delay events, to keep proper records of all the documents required for EOT and Variation claim.
Incorporating Cost and Resource Planning (manpower, machinery, materials) into the Master Programme.
Well versed in Earn Value Method to track progress of project.
Well versed in Critical Path Analysis
Requirements
Min Diploma in Building/Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 5 years relevant experience
Good technical knowledge
Qualified and experienced in planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6 software
