Job Responsibilities
- Assured materials are purchased per Sanmina's end customers requirements.
- Support the account team in meeting corporate targets by managing daily material requirements and ensuring 100% production uptime.
- Monitor part availability and logistics tracking to prevent bottlenecks, ensuring the right part is at the right place at the right time.
- Managing E&O (Excess & Obsolescence) by identifying surplus early and utilizing data-driven insights to minimize financial waste.
- Execute purchase orders in strict alignment with customer requirements, maintaining high data integrity within the ERP system.
- Utilize AI-tools to automate routine reporting and identify supply risks before they impact production.
- Actively identify manual paper-trail tasks that can be streamlined through automation or digital workflows.
- Lead the resolution of critical supply chain issues and serve as a technical advisor to junior planners, empowering them through expert support on escalations and decision-making
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry or in related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of MRP and RR (Kinaxis) and Oracle is preferred.
- Knowledge of Materials Planning and Supply Chain is preferred.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office applications.
