Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive baseline schedules (CPM) for complex civil works tenders and ongoing projects, utilising Primavera P6 or Synchro 4D Pro.
• Lead the creation and analysis of 4D BIM schedules, integrating time data with 3D models for optimal logistics and clash identification.
• Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, method statements, and structural drawings for efficient construction sequences, resource allocation, and cash flow forecasting.
• Perform risk assessments on schedules, identifying critical path constraints via Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement automation solutions for project reporting and data collection (e.g., integrating P6 data with Power BI).
• Evaluate and test emerging project management platforms, 4D/5D BIM software, and site tracking tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Drive the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning within project controls to streamline scheduling and progress tracking.
• Facilitate change management by training and onboarding staff on new digital workflows and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related technical field.
• Over 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, particularly in major civil works such as infrastructure and concrete structures.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating and managing 4D construction sequences, with preference for previous experience on relevant projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (expert level) and MS Project expertise in Synchro 4D Pro is essential, while familiarity with tools like Fuzor or Navisworks is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel exposure to Python or SQL is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking skills to evaluate technology ROI effectively.
• Demonstrated curiosity for emerging technologies and digital workflows.
