Senior / Physiotherapist

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physiotherapy services for inpatient, outpatient, and home care patients.

• Assess, develop, implement, and review individualized rehabilitation and discharge plans.

• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, family meetings, and rehabilitation planning.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation techniques and safe care practices.

• Ensure patient safety, comply with clinical guidelines, and report incidents or equipment issues.

• Manage daily caseloads, billing, and supervise rehabilitation assistants.

• Support outreach programmes, quality improvement initiatives, and statistical reporting.

• Deliver staff training, supervise students, and participate in professional development, education, and research activities.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

• Registered with AHPC and holds a valid Practising Certificate.

• Valid BCLS + AED certification.

• 2-3 years of physiotherapy experience, preferably in a hospital, nursing home, or community/aged care setting.

• Strong clinical assessment, rehabilitation planning, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy is an advantage.
