As a Senior Physiotherapist (Paediatrics), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Assess, diagnose, and plan interventions for infants, children, and young adults with neurological, musculoskeletal, and developmental conditions.
- Deliver specialised physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual client needs.
- Facilitate functional movement, strength, balance, and coordination to support participation in everyday activities, play, and education.
- Provide parent and caregiver training, empowering families to continue therapy strategies at home.
- Conduct workshops and professional training for internal staff and external partners to advance therapy practices.
- Mentor junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants, contributing to professional growth within the team.
- Keep updated with latest research and best practices in physiotherapy and neurorehabilitation.
- Inspire and empower clients to overcome everyday challenges with resilience and confidence.
- Design therapy plans that foster sustainable, positive outcomes.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy
- Registered with Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC)
- Relevant experience in Paediatrics settings is an advantage
