To do treatment planning for external beam radiotherapy and brachytherapy.
To discuss clinical cases with the consultant on treatment plans and techniques.
To perform output measurements, calibrations and quality assurance on relevant machine related to radiotherapy equipment periodically
To review daily QA procedure performed by Radiation Therapist
To supervise the radiation therapists to ensure that they perform their duties in accordance to the standards required of them and that they observe the radiation safety rules.
Assist in ensuring the PMIs of the radiotherapy equipment are done as per schedule and all test reports of equipment maintenance are reviewed
Assist in frontline troubleshooting for all therapy related machines and service engineer coordination
Assist in the MOH and NEA regulatory compliance Assist department quality/safety project(s).
Requirements:
Masters/Degree in Medical Physics (Radiation Therapy) or equivalent
Preferably with at least 5 years of relevant experience
