Responsibilities

• Dispense medications safely and accurately while educating patients and caregivers on proper usage. Conduct medication reviews and recommend therapeutic interventions to address drug-related issues. Supervise pharmacy technicians and assistants in routine patient care activities within the outpatient pharmacy. Assist in the clinical training of students, trainees, and healthcare professionals. Engage in research and quality improvement initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent qualification. Registration as a Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council. Minimum of 3 to 8 years of clinical practice experience.
