Senior Pharmacist (PH03)

Job duties & responsibilities:

. Provide safe and accurate medication dispensing and comprehensive medication education to patients and caregivers

. Perform medication reviews and interventions to prevent and/or resolve drug-related problems with appropriate therapeutic recommendations to enable safe and cost-effective medication therapy

. Assist in the supervision of pharmacy technicians/assistants in routine patient care activities in outpatient pharmacy

. Assist in the clinical education of students, trainees, healthcare professionals, and/or pharmacy technicians/assistants

. Participate in research and/or quality improvement activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Job requirements:

. Degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent)

. Registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy Council

. Clinical practice experience of at least 5 to 8 years

. Possess PHI experience
