Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead global user acquisition for our mobile games. This role carries end-to-end ownership across both strategy and execution, requiring the ability to plan, execute, evaluate, and scale user acquisition in a structured and data-driven manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end global user acquisition strategy and execution across Tier-1 and Tier-2 markets
- Plan and manage UA roadmaps across testing, scaling, and stabilization phases, with full accountability for outcomes
- Define KPI frameworks based on retention, LTV, and ROAS, and actively optimize performance against these targets
- Lead channel mix, budget allocation, and pacing decisions across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other global platforms
- Execute, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns to ensure strategic intent is translated into measurable results
- Analyze performance data (CPI, ROAS, retention, player behavior, LTV) and drive both strategic and tactical optimizations
- Work closely with Creative and Product teams to shape creative direction and iterate based on performance insights
- Own UA budget efficiency and risk management, making timely decisions to scale, pause, or restructure spend
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing / User Acquisition
- Proven experience with IAP-driven mobile games
- Strong global UA experience, particularly in Tier-1 markets
- Solid understanding of Android & iOS user acquisition dynamics
- Hands-on experience with MMP tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese as a working language to communicate with counterparts in China Office
