Peak Performance Sports Academy (PPSA) is a science-backed human performance ecosystem based in Singapore. We combine elite athletic training with holistic health and precision coaching to help youth athletes, working professionals, and high-performance adults unlock their full potential.

We're looking for an experienced, technically excellent coach ready to step into a leadership role someone who doesn't just want to coach, but wants to shape the culture, systems, and standards of a performance academy.

The Role

As Head Coach, you'll lead delivery of PPSA's flagship in-person and online programs, mentor junior coaches, and take real ownership of how we develop athletes and clients at every level. This is a high-trust, high-impact position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver PPSA's flagship in-person performance programs (1:1 and small group)
  • Oversee program design and periodisation across all client tiers youth, adult, and online
  • Manage and mentor junior coaches, holding the standard of coaching quality across the team
  • Conduct and interpret advanced performance assessments VALD ForceDecks, RSI, movement screens
  • Drive client retention through exceptional results, communication, and relationship management
  • Develop and refine PPSA's coaching frameworks, SOPs, and athlete tracking systems
  • Contribute to content, education, and brand-building efforts
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, parents, and partner organisations

Qualifications

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or related field (Bachelor's or Master's)
  • Minimum 35 years of coaching experience in a structured performance environment
  • Experience coaching across multiple populations: youth, adults, and/or online clients
  • Proficiency with VALD ForceDecks or equivalent biomechanical testing tools strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in a leadership, senior, or head coach capacity preferred
  • Familiarity with hybrid coaching systems (in-person + remote) is advantageous
