Senior Pega Business Architect Singapore (onsite)
We are expanding our global team and are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Business Architect (BA) to join us in Singapore.
In this role, you'll collaborate with some of the top Pega experts worldwide, helping clients translate complex business challenges into scalable, high-performing Pega solutions.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- Applicants must have the legal right to work in Singapore

What you'll be doing
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional designs
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Collaborate with System Architects during solution design and delivery
- Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and UAT
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience as a Pega Business Architect
- Pega Business Architect Certification (mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Solid understanding of business processes and Pega solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
