Our client is a MNC in the Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their Human Resources team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East easily accessible.
The responsibilities of the Payroll Executive includes:
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including overtime and reimbursement validation
- Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll and personnel records in HRM systems
- Oversee leave administration and system updates for entitlements
- Track and follow up on contract renewals, confirmations, and resignations
- Handle payroll and statutory-related queries and service requests
- Coordinate exit clearance procedures for departing employees
- Liaise with system vendors for enhancements to meet policy needs
- Support insurance benefits administration and employee claims coordination
- Prepare payroll reports and documentation for audits
- Assist with compensation & benefits activities, including letter issuance and policy reviews
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in HR related discipline
- Min 4 years of experience in handling payroll with more than 300 headcounts
- Proficient in using Excel
