Job Description

We are hiring Senior Patient Service Associate to serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming, seamless, and reassuring experience throughout their journey at the Centre, while managing front-desk registration, attending to patient enquiries, coordinating appointments, and supporting administrative and operational functions as required.

Key Responsibilities :

Patient Interaction & Service

  • Attend to patients at the front desk and facilitate registration, payment, and appointment processes
  • Provide accurate information on services, procedures, and waiting times
  • Manage patient enquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels in a timely manner
  • Anticipate patient needs and support a seamless experience throughout their visit
  • Maintain professional presentation in line with the Centre's standards
  • Ensure readiness and proper functioning of equipment (e.g. NETS, credit card terminals), supplies, and systems
  • Perform insurance and Medisave claims submission, including verification of patient eligibility and limits across relevant portals

Appointment & Administrative Coordination

  • Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic management system
  • Ensure accurate collection and entry of patient information and documentation
  • Process payments and issue receipts or invoices accordingly
  • Safeguard patient data and maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulatory requirements

Patient Feedback & Issue Resolution

  • Receive and document patient feedback and service-related matters
  • Address routine service issues and escalate where appropriate
  • Follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Proficient in English proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
  • Competent in basic computer applications and patient management systems
  • Service-oriented with a composed and attentive approach to patient interaction
  • Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma in any discipline

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
