Job Description

You will provide quality and personalized one-stop information service for the Hospital. This includes handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat, as well as other online platforms.

Requirements

  • GCE N Level / GCE O Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience or NITEC in Service Skills preferably
  • Experience in call centre, customer service or healthcare industry will be advantageous
  • Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to commit to rotating shifts, including weekends & public holidays
