Join us as a Senior Partnerships Executive in our Singapore HQ!
Working hybrid from your home office and/or our Singapore office, you will support the APAC Partnerships Manager in deploying initiatives with loyalty partners.
Youll engage with dozens of loyalty partners supporting our banks and financial partners all over the world, as well as the Greater China region, to implement your ideas quickly, whilst continuing to learn and grow within a global and diverse team with significant opportunities for career progression.
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as this role will also involve supporting key partners across the Greater China region.

Your Impact
- Support the APAC Partnerships Manager in retaining and growing Ascendas existing portfolio of airline, hotel and loyalty program partners across our full suite of loyalty solutions
- Collaborate with our partners to plan, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Measure and analyze the performance of Ascendas partnerships and marketing campaigns, develop insights and advise clients on options to increase performance
- Support the development of new products and strategic opportunities
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in any discipline
- 3-4 years of experience in partnerships, account management and/or marketing
- Experience within airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plus
- An exceptional written and oral communicator.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as this role will also involve supporting key partners across the Greater China region.
- Strong ability in project management and a proven track record of efficiently handling multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely completion with high quality
- Ability to pull data (SQL), monitor & analyse account performance, develop insights and tell compelling stories
- Cultural sensitivity and an ability to develop strong relationships with partners from different cultures and backgrounds in the APAC region
- An eye for great design and the ability to articulate direction, providing marketing briefs to our creative team
- Proactive and possess a strong ability to navigate and work independently within a fast-paced and changing work environment
