Senior Paralegal (Syariah Law)

Job Description:

Assist Syariah lawyers in matters relating to Muslim family law, including divorce, nafkah, hadhanah, and inheritance. Handle document preparation, liaise with clients and religious authorities, conduct legal research on Syariah principles, and assist in court proceedings at the Syariah Court.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Law or related field
• Knowledge of Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA) and Syariah Court procedures
• Proficiency in Malay is an advantage
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Prior experience in Syariah matters preferred but not essential

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $2,500 - $3,500 per month

Benefits:
