SENIOR PAINTER

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of painters on-site to ensure timely completion of works
• Plan and assign daily painting tasks based on project schedules
• Inspect surface preparation and painting works to ensure high-quality standards
• Perform advanced painting techniques including spray painting, coating systems, and finishing works
• Troubleshoot painting defects and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and other trades
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce safe work practices
• Train and guide junior painters to improve skills and productivity
• Manage materials usage and report any shortages or damages

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of painting systems, materials, and surface preparation methods
• Ability to read basic drawings or specifications
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work on-site environments
