The client is a fast-growing global technology company specialising in AI and digital innovation, with a leadership team drawn from top international firms. Headquartered in Asia with offices across several key markets, they serve tens of millions of users worldwide and are currently in a period of rapid expansion. Key Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy and optimisation for key products across global markets, covering channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads (ASA) and more.
  • Independently manage multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, continuously improving ROI and reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC) while being accountable for CPI, LTV, retention, and monetisation metrics.
  • Develop structured testing roadmaps, driving creative asset iteration and aligning with campaign strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Conduct deep data and funnel analysis to identify issues, optimising account structures, targeting strategies, and bidding models.
  • Collaborate closely with product, data, and design teams to create a full-funnel growth loop from exposure to conversion.
  • Stay up to date with iOS SKAN and Android attribution changes to ensure data accuracy and campaign efficiency.
  • Explore and evaluate new channels, tools, and markets to uncover and scale new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile performance marketing, managing multi-channel, multi-market, and multi-product growth campaigns.
  • Experience in team management or PMO/project leadership is a plus.
  • Strong familiarity with Meta, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, and other major ad platforms.
  • Proven track record of building and applying scalable paid media strategies; strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Skilled in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Looker) to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong judgment in evaluating ad creatives, with experience collaborating efficiently with design teams.
  • Highly goal-oriented and self-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Prior experience managing international app campaigns (entertainment, tools, social, etc.) is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, able to work effectively in an international environment.
