About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google platforms. You'll play a key role in driving performance marketing strategies, scaling campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI across multiple channels.
Scope & Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
- Manage full-funnel performance marketing efforts, including audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Data Studio; generate actionable insights and reports.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to support lead generation, nurturing, and retention goals.
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions) and continuously A/B test subject lines, content, and send times.
- Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and emerging trends in digital advertising and CRM.
- Manage advertising budgets and pacing to ensure cost-efficiency and performance targets are met.
- Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Support other Regional marketing projects as assigned by the line manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in paid media campaign management.
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.
- Experience with performance marketing in lead generation, or B2C sectors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin (to support bilingual campaigns and cross-market collaboration).
Bonus Points
- Experience with TikTok Ads, XHS Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
