Role Description
As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in both clinical excellence and leadership, working closely with our management and multidisciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities include:
Influencing and shaping innovative rehabilitation models using leading-edge equipment and excellent facilities
Overseeing rehabilitation services and contributing as part of the management team
Assessing, evaluating, and identifying individualized rehabilitation needs
Designing and implementing personalized rehabilitation programmes
Monitoring and evaluating clients progress regularly
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop Individualised Care Plans from admission to discharge
Ensuring full compliance with MOH regulations and documentation standards
Supervising and mentoring physiotherapists, students, therapy aides, caregivers, and volunteers
Maintaining accurate, evidence-based client records and databases
Conducting home visits when required
Communicating professionally and empathetically with clients, families, and colleagues
Supporting additional duties as assigned by the Rehab Manager or Centre Manager
Qualifications
Degree in Physiotherapy recognized by the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
Fully registered with AHPC
Minimum 3 years of experience
Experience in working with pediatrics
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with IT and proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong communication skills, especially with pediatric clients and families
