We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle IAM Developer to design, implement, and support enterprise-level identity and access management solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle IAM, ADF, and SOA, with a track record of delivering solutions for financial services organizations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Oracle IAM solutions to meet business and security requirements.
- Perform application onboarding into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), including connector configuration, provisioning workflows, and access policies.
- Implement Oracle ADF-based customizations to enhance user interfaces and usability.
- Design and build Oracle SOA composites for workflow automation and integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Oracle IAM components and integrations.
Job Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of overall IT experience, with at least 7+ years focused on Oracle IAM (OIM/OAM).
- Proven hands-on experience with application onboarding into OIM.
- Expertise in Oracle ADF and SOA Suite development.
- Prior experience working with financial services customers, understanding of regulatory and compliance-driven IAM requirements.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance tuning.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
