Senior Oracle Application Database Administrator

Requirements:

• Minimum requirement of 8+ years of experience in database administration, encompassing installation, configuration, backup/recovery, patching, database tuning, and support for application design and development.
• Proficiency in physical database modelling, information engineering, multi-tier design and development, and open systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in database high availability and disaster recovery techniques and concepts.
• Experience in performance analysis (IO, CPU, etc.) and optimization (indexes, partitions, schema re-design, etc.).
• Familiarity with geo-redundant database architectures (Always-On, Active/Active, Master/Master, etc.) will be considered an advantageous skill.
• Relevant experience on Oracle, SQL Server, EDB Postgres, MongoDB are more suitable for the requirement.
