Senior Operations / Operations Executive (Shipping & Containers)

Job Description:

1. Responsible for accepting customer booking requests, confirming customer booking requirements, and handling customer service

2. Responsible for import containers for all company routes, verifying import data in the system, and notifying customers

3. Coordinate and arrange transshipment of incoming cargoes via Singapore to various global destinations

4. Responsible for the documentation operations related to export and transshipment on all company routes, including the creation, modification, and management of bills of lading

5. Assist in the daily scheduling, management of containers

6. Provide valuable support in sales activities related to the shipping and container business. Help in building and maintaining strong customer relationships as part of the sales process.

Job requirement:

1. Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent

2. Shipping line working experience is preferred

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

4. Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude

5. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and logistics processes is a plus.

6. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service and support.

7. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to the company's success.

8.Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, as the role requires regular communication with Chinese-speaking customers.
