- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant management experience in wellness, massage, spa, beauty or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in outlet operations, sales and business development.
- Able to develop and implement SOPs and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible and results-oriented.
Preferred: Familiarity with the wellness/massage industry and ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking staff or customers.
