Responsibilities

  • Develop and review operational plans to improve work procedures and elevate service quality across projects
  • Tabulate and monitor project schedules to ensure Site Supervisors and workers meet deadlines and compliance standards
  • Coordinate and implement corrective actions to resolve Quality, Health, and Safety (QHS) issues promptly and effectively
  • Provide guidance and operational support to Site Supervisors to optimize team management and project execution
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to build a competent and aligned operations team
  • Manage daily operations across multiple projects by assigning cleaning duties that meet schedule and performance targets
  • Facilitate cleaning operations using appropriate tools, equipment, and chemicals to achieve established cleanliness standards
  • Enforce adherence to Risk Assessments (RAs) and Safe Work Procedures to mitigate workplace safety and health risks
  • Conduct KPI inspection audits to evaluate and report on service delivery, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Validate and submit timesheets and monthly stock requisitions to ensure accurate operational records and resource availability
  • Manage performance of supervisors and workers, providing regular reports to senior management to support decision-making

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in operations supervision, preferably within cleaning services, facilities management, or similar industries
  • Proficiency in basic IT tools to support operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience managing large and complex assignments
  • Experience working in medium to large size agencies
  • Strong organizational and project management skills demonstrated by monitoring schedules and ensuring timely delivery
  • Key customer service skills including clear communication, positive attitude, proactiveness, courtesy, helpfulness, speed, and accuracy
