Senior Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, workshop, and transport to support project requirements
• Manage receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate workshop activities, including maintenance and repair of machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring proper documentation for stock movements.
• Manage fleet deployment, utilization, servicing schedules, fuel consumption, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure all vehicles, machinery, and equipment meet regulatory, safety, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor operational costs and implement cost-control and efficiency improvement measures.
• Enforce workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve operational issues and meet business needs.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
