We are looking for a hands-on and solutions-driven Senior Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving problems on the ground while driving operational excellence, this role is for you.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our outlets, while continuously improving processes and supporting business growth through efficient and scalable operations.
Job Description:
Manage daily operations of outlets and liaise with stakeholders to resolve day to day operational issues.
Oversee and execution of operational processes in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with Company's SOP
Plan, formulate and manage the operations and maintenance programme for compliance to Landlord and legal regulations
Drive improvement in operational management systems, processes and best practices to support business growth
Control, review and manage operational costs
Identify and prioritise projects to drive operational improvement and change
Ensure that all operational issues and emergencies are promptly attended to and rectified with minimal impact on outlets operations
Liaise with vendors, mall managements, contractors and authorities to ensure jobs are carried out in accordance to timeline
Attend to field service enquiries, provide close follow up with all the issues and requests
Co-ordinate M&E or Fit-out projects for existing and new outlets
Conduct regular audits and maintain operations records
Installing, setup and maintaining (software configuration and hardware), Point of Sales (POS), QR code ordering, SAP, HR system and liaise with vendors to resolve day-to-day IT related issues
Onsite/in-house trouble-shooting of Point of Sales, SAP, server, domain, HR systems
Other adhoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Operations Management or a related discipline (or equivalent)
At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a chain restaurant or multi-outlet environment
Familiarity with M&E works, fit-out projects, or outlet setup will be an added advantage
Knowledge of quality and compliance standards such as ISO, GMP, or HACCP is a plus
Comfortable working with MS Office, POS systems, and basic IT troubleshooting
Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and respond to operational needs after working hours when required
Preferably able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
