We are seeking a Senior Operations Executive to oversee and manage warehouse and logistics operations at a client site. The role is responsible for leading on-site teams, managing operational performance, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and maintaining strong working relationships with customers.
The successful candidate will ensure efficient day-to-day operations while upholding quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory control, and distribution activities
Monitor and ensure operational KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met
Plan, organise, and control daily operations to support service delivery requirements
Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and operational issues
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Lead, supervise, and develop the warehouse operations team
Plan and manage manpower deployment and scheduling to support operational needs
Provide guidance and on-the-job coaching to enhance team skills and operational knowledge
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers and key stakeholders
Prepare and present operational updates, performance reports, and KPI summaries to customers
Act as the main point of contact for operational matters at the client site
Ensure compliance with company quality policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
Review work procedures regularly to support safety, quality, and operational efficiency
Track safety data and incidents for KPI and compliance reporting
Maintain incident tracking and outbound discrepancy records
Prepare and update monthly KPI, safety, and operational reports for customers and management
Ensure accurate and timely documentation and system updates
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
3-6 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, logistics management, or account/site management
Prior experience managing client-site operations is an advantage
Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with operational KPIs, SLAs, inventory control, and warehouse processes
Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements
Able to work independently and manage multiple operational priorities
Experience in KPI reporting, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Proficient in reporting tools and operational systems
