Responsibilities:
- Overall responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the properties (Accommodation for Healthcare Professionals).
- Monitoring of day-to-day facilities and maintenance operations.
- To carry out operation and workflow of the properties.
- To carry out regular inspections of properties and perform preventive property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition.
- Handle complaints actively and take remedial actions to resolve problems.
- Ensure compliance of safety & building regulations and all other statutory requirements.
- Support in managing the planning, coordination, and execution of various social events for residents, ensuring client satisfaction, logistical efficiency, and adherence to budgetary and timelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, Management or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience (eg. in student hostel / serviced office operations management)
- Experience in property / facilities management or front desk would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Resourceful, good team player and able to multi-task
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
