Job Descriptions:

• Preparing shipping documents and air-freight / sea-freight documentation

• Liaise between officers, agents and clients to make sure timely delivery arrangement

• Coordinate with permit declarants for The Custom's documentation

• Verifying vendors invoices & agents debit notes

• Arrangement of payments to co-loaders and carrier

• Keep track of orders and ensure payment terms are being adhere

• Deliver timely and exceptional internal/external customer service related to shipment status/coordination

• Manage daily cargo clearance/export permit submissions via TradeNet

• Maintain proper records of permits and related documentation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics/Shipping or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Experience in freight forwarding preferred

• Self-motivated and able to work as a team

• Good communication skills

• Knowledge in import goods and The Custom documentation will be advantageous

• Possess Certificate for Singapore Customs Competency Test for Declarants would be an added advantage
