Senior Operations Associate

The successful candidate would be required to:-

• Take leadership in the planning and deployment of pilotage, harbour towage and waterboat resource to support 24/7 operations of the busiest port in the world
• Uphold the efficiency of company's services which is part of Singapore maritime ecosystem
• Direct communicate with vessels to coordinate arrival and service timings and
• Attend to all customer queries and request for new orders, amendments and cancellations.

The ideal candidate shall preferably possess:-

• Possess at least a Higher Nitec or equivalent
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency circumstances
• Be proficient in operating computer-based control systems
• Be proficient in MS Office and
• Be willing to perform shift work.

.Monthly salary as advertised is basic salary. Monthly gross salary includes night shift and special transport allowance, productivity incentive and meal allowances where applicable.
