Role Description

The strategic leader responsible for the overall performance and delivery of integrated facility management services, ensuring the property is safe, secure, and runs effectively.

Job Requirement

• Education: Degree in Engineering/Building/Facilities Management or relevant disciplines
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as SOM in similar property type + 2 years with current company
• Soft Skills: Leadership, strategic planning, problem-solving, client management
• Technical: Facility management systems, statutory compliance, performance monitoring.
