About UOB INFINITY
UOB INFINITY empowers business users with a full suite of banking solutions through a web and mobile app across 10 countries in Asia. We offer innovative solutions to help business users manage their finances and business. Our platform is driven by customer centric designs aligned with data analytics to ultimately increase channel usage and deepen the relationship with our customers.
What You'll Do
- Understand needs: Identify UX requirements across products and translate insights into clear user goals.
- Collaborate: Work with Product Owners, BAs, and design partners.
- Create journeys: Convert business or technical recommendations into actual customer journeys or screens and suggest the proper UX implementation.
- Plan delivery: Accurately estimate work effort and timelines based on design scope.
- Design solutions: Produce wireframes, flows, application screens, and interactive Figma prototypes.
- Ideate: Ground decisions in UX heuristics, usability principles, and user needs.
- Leverage tools: Use Figma and JIRA to collaborate with product and engineering teams. Figma mastery is a must.
- Build UI components: Design interface elements consistent with our Design System.
- Maintain design consistency: Ensure proper use and maintenance of Figma components and adherence to the Design System.
- Create user‑aligned content: Collaborate with other teams to design EDMs, banners, and informational content that communicate effectively and align with UX principles of clarity, hierarchy, and user guidance.
- Align and advocate: articulate UX rationale in stakeholder‑friendly language
- Perform DQA: conduct systematic checks to verify that implemented screens maintain the integrity and intent of the original design.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree; polytechnic diploma holder with strong relevant experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of UX experience on digital products.
- Demonstrated UX/UI work across web and mobile.
- Mastery in Figma; familiarity with JIRA. Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
- Working knowledge of design systems, and platform patterns for iOS/Android;
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- Strong time management; able to prioritize and handle multiple streams.
- Detail‑oriented, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions.

Valuable Extras
- Experience in banking or fintech.
- A UX certification from an established or accredited provider.
- Ability to design and build interactive PDF forms in Adobe Acrobat.
