Senior Officer, Roadshow

Job Responsibilities:

• Explore new venue and new vendors.
• Plan and execution of roadshow operations including transportations.
• Ensure fixtures are set up accurately according to the layout.
• Responsible in meeting roadshow sales target.
• Assist in the setup, teardown and on-duty operations.
• Ensure the correct quantity of fixtures and stock are picked according to the picking list, and participate in annual stock-taking.
• Set up of POS machine, conduct daily cashiering, opening and closing procedures.
• Provide professional sales service and advice to customers.
• Generate monthly sales report, verify invoices and perform administrative.
• Update the quantity of sale of stock in SAP system.
• Oversee and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Maintenance of warehouse fixtures and fittings.
• Provide training, guidance and supervision to temporary staff.
• Perform any related duties assigned by the Reporting Officer as it deems

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Event Management or relevant fields.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing cashier duties.
• Flexible and willing to work in different locations.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.
