Job Description

The Personal Wealth Executive supports the Personal Banking business by providing financial advisory and investment solutions to mass-market customers. The role focuses on client relationship management, financial planning, and achieving sales objectives while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

Financial Advisory & Investment Solutions

  • Provide financial advisory services tailored to the financial planning needs of mass-market clients.
  • Recommend suitable investment and wealth solutions based on client profiles and objectives.
  • Deliver prudent and needs-based financial planning advice.

Sales Performance & Target Achievement

  • Achieve individual sales targets across assigned wealth and banking products.
  • Execute end-to-end sales processes accurately and within required timelines.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective portfolio and opportunity management.

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and deepen long-term relationships with assigned clients.
  • Understand client needs to provide ongoing advisory support and cross-solution opportunities.
  • Maintain high service standards to enhance client experience and retention.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation are completed accurately.
  • Adhere strictly to internal policies, business processes, and regulatory requirements such as FAA and related statutory acts.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews through proper record keeping.

Operational Discipline & Execution

  • Manage client engagements independently while meeting quality and compliance standards.
  • Demonstrate ownership and accountability in executing assigned responsibilities.
  • Contribute to business objectives through disciplined execution and proactive planning.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Recognised university degree.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to perform effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced banking environment.
