Job Responsibilities
- Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company's HR policies.
- Prepare and submit monthly employee and employer CPF contribution details to the Central Provident Fund Board.
- Process tax payments to IRAS for resigned employees and handle NSmen reservist claims deductions.
- Perform monthly payroll closing activities, including:
- Ensuring accurate journal uploads from the payroll system to the accounting system
- Salary reallocation and bonus provisions
- Payroll variance analysis
- Generate and reconcile annual employee income tax submissions to IRAS.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Job Requirements
.GCE A Levels with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR
.Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
.Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accurate.
.Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
