Job Responsibilities
. Process payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the company's HR policies.
. Prepare and submit monthly employee and employer CPF contribution details to the Central Provident Fund Board.
. Process tax payments to IRAS for resigned employees and handle NSmen reservist claims deductions.
. Perform monthly payroll closing activities, including:
o Ensuring accurate journal uploads from the payroll system to the accounting system
o Salary reallocation and bonus provisions
o Payroll variance analysis
. Generate and reconcile annual employee income tax submissions to IRAS.
. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Job Requirements
. GCE A Levels with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR
. Diploma holders with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
. Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accurate.
. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
