Monitor and conduct the preparation of Owner Estimates (OE) and ship specifications in the vessel chartering service procurement process, managing tonnage requirements and vessel allocation determining vessel bunker supply volume , evaluating bunker consumption, and implementing the bunker supply process conducting vessel agency determining vessel performance criteria, mesuring vessel performance, evaluating vessel performance scores, and preparing vessel recommendations managing claims by resolving claims from and to the company planning fleet lifecycle, fleet fulfillment process vessel operational utilization, and vessel decommission/disposal process to ensure the achievement of company goals and sustanable growth.
