Job Responsibilities

The UOB Management Associate Programme is a 24-month programme aimed at early career talent who are keen to take on leadership and regional roles within the bank. The programme has been designed to provide you with an accelerated induction experience. You will learn different aspects of the business and develop core competencies and technical skills which will fast-track your career in the bank.

• Minimum University Bachelor degree
• No more than two years of working experience
• An impressive leadership and co-curricular track record
• Proficiency in English and preferably a second language
